How to reach us
Naggar is on the left bank of the Beas, 22km south of Manali. We're on Pulag Road, 400m past the Roerich Art Gallery.

Fly to Kullu-Manali Airport (KUU) — 38km from Naggar. Flights available from Delhi (~1 hr), Chandigarh, and other hubs. Book via IndiGo, Air India, or SpiceJet.

Taxi from airport to Naggar — approximately ₹1,200–₹1,500 for the ~1.5 hr journey. Hire a taxi from the airport stand and ask for Naggar / Roerich Art Gallery.

Alternatively: shared taxi to Kullu + local bus to Naggar (₹200–300 total, ~2 hrs). Buses run frequently from Kullu bus stand to Naggar.

From Naggar bus stop — continue 400m up Pulag Road past the Roerich Art Gallery. Look for our wooden sign on the right.
💡 Tip: Flights to KUU are weather-dependent and can be cancelled. If you're on a tight schedule, build in a buffer day or consider the bus.

Delhi → Manali overnight bus — HRTC Volvo buses depart from Delhi ISBT Kashmere Gate at ~5–6 PM. Journey: ~14 hrs. Arrive Manali bus stand by morning. Book at hrtchp.com or the counter.

Chandigarh → Manali — 8–9 hrs, multiple HRTC departures daily. Good option if coming from Delhi by train first.

Manali bus stand → Naggar — Local buses run every 30–60 min (₹40–60, ~45 min). Or take a shared taxi (₹80–120 per seat). Tell the driver you're going to Naggar / Roerich Art Gallery.

From Naggar bus stop — walk 400m up Pulag Road, past the Roerich Art Gallery on your left. Our wooden gate sign is on the right.
💡 Tip: The overnight bus from Delhi is the most popular route for backpackers. Book a window seat on the right side for the best mountain views on arrival.

Delhi → Naggar (~530km) — Take NH44 to Chandigarh, then NH3 (Chandigarh–Manali Highway) through Bilaspur, Mandi, and Kullu. Total ~12–14 hrs depending on conditions. Start early to avoid mountain road night driving.

At Patlikuhl (30km before Manali) — turn left at the T-junction onto the left-bank road. Follow signs for Naggar. This road is quieter and more scenic than the main highway.

Into Naggar — follow the road through Naggar village. Pass the road junction for Naggar Castle. Continue until you see the Roerich Art Gallery on your left.

400m past the Gallery — turn into Pulag Road. Our wooden gate sign is on the right. Small parking area available.
💡 Tip: GPS can be unreliable in the hills. Use "Roerich Art Gallery Naggar" as your destination and ask locals once you're in the village.
On-foot from Naggar bus stop
From Naggar bus stop → walk uphill on the main road → pass the Naggar Castle road junction →
Roerich Art Gallery appears on your left → continue 400m along Pulag Road →
